Delivery

• We endeavour to deliver all shed orders within 1 – 4 weeks during weekdays only.
• Greenhouse orders are 4 – 10 weeks delivery. You will be contacted near to delivery with your delivery date.
• We will contact you with a delivery date by email. If this date is not convenient for you then your order will go back in to the system and put on the next delivery load to your area. Please note that this could then exceed the maximum 28 days delivery period.
• We are unable to give timed deliveries but you can request a call an hour prior to delivery.
• All deliveries will be to driveway / entrance only. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the building from the delivery point to the base site.
• All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
• Alternatively an agreement can be confirmed by email stating permission to leave goods at your address without anyone present to sign for them. If this is the case then in2sheds will not be liable for any claim of non- delivery or stolen goods.

Missed Delivery

 

If you miss the delivery of your building or goods then you will be liable for a re-delivery charge to cover any expenses that this will incur. If this is the case we will notify you of the costs.

 

After sales Service

 

Our fully trained customer service team are on hand to answer any questions or queries that you may have following your delivery. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our goods or service then please contact us and we will do our utmost to solve any problems.

Delivery of greenhouses

Delivery time between 4-8 weeks

 

£25 to the mainland England, Wales, Scotland except the Highlands and Islands.

Accessories ordered with the greenhouse no extra cost.

 

Accessories ordered separately will incur a charge.
