All buildings remain the property of in2sheds until paid for in full. We reserve the right to retrieve our goods should payment be withheld.
In2sheds reserve the right to alter any specifications if the need arises at any time.
In2sheds reserve the right to alter any prices at any time.
All dimensions are finished sizes.
The customer should ensure that they maintain their building according to manufacturer’s guidelines.
Timber is a natural material and is subject to climatic changes which include, shrinkage, cracking and warping, this is beyond our control and is not covered by any guarantee.
By using our website you are agreeing to be legally bound to our terms and conditions. None of these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights in any way.
Our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.
Prices
All our prices are listed in pounds sterling and are inclusive of vat.
All shed prices include delivery.
Greenhouse prices do not include delivery.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
Prices, special offers and products are subject to availability.
We strive to ensure that our prices are correct at all times. Should an error occur, we will inform the customer and they will then have the choice of proceeding or cancelling the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time. In these circumstances you will not be entitled to seek compensation for any losses which you might otherwise have incurred.
Payment
Payment is made in full at the time of ordering and may be made by the following methods: credit or debit cards. We accept, Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta and Maestro. Payments are only accepted in pounds sterling.
Goods purchased by card can only be delivered to the card holders registered address.
Orders and payments may also be made by telephone.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order we will send out confirmation by email containing your order details, order number and estimated delivery date.
Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch of your goods then please email us at in2sheds.co.uk clearly stating that you wish to cancel your order and quoting your order number.
If you cancel your order by telephone before your order has been dispatched your order will be put on hold. You must then confirm your wish to cancel the order in writing via email to in2sheds.co.uk
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched you will be responsible for all return carriage costs of any goods. This will be deducted from any refund due to you.
Please check the status of your order before you request cancellation. All charges will be conveyed to you before cancellation is confirmed.
Returns
All items must be returned in a resalable condition. Items manufactured to your exact specifications cannot be returned.
Before you assemble your building please check that all parts are present and you are happy with the quality.
Once your building has been fully assembled the purchased price cannot be refunded to you as the building will be deemed to have been accepted by you.
We will not accept returns if buildings have been treated by paints or chemicals and/or altered by the customer in any way.
All buildings must be returned as new within 30 days of cancellation and you the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred.
All items must be returned undamaged, failure to ensure this may result in action being taken against you for any damaged items. If this situation occurs we will inform you.
Any buildings damaged or broken on arrival must be reported within 48hours of delivery along with email photographic evidence of the damaged item that you are returning.
Once the goods have been received and inspected by us and confirmed that they are damaged, you will receive a refund.
We will not accept any building that has been fully/partly or incorrectly assembled, causing damage or fault.
All goods remain the customers responsibility until received by ourselves.
Any damaged or broken parts that you wish to have replaced must be reported within 48hours of delivery, we will require photographic evidence of the broken/ damaged item via email. Replacement parts will then be sent to you.
All items must be packaged for return in good condition and once we have received the items a replacement will be sent out on our normal delivery schedule.
Any missing parts must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery and any replacement parts will be sent out on the next delivery to your area.
We will not accept responsibility for any parts missing if they are reported 7 days or more after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible and any refunds will be in pounds sterling issued 30 days after the goods have been returned.
In2sheds are not responsible for events outside our control such as:
Industrial action, terrorist attacks, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, invasion, war, riot, explosion and any other natural disasters.
